Free shipping on orders over $35 before tax.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- All sales are final on custom blends and hand crafted products created for specific individual conditions.
- Any fees and charges associated with a paid consultation.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yvonne@joynelaromas.com.
Returns
For reasons of hygiene and safety we are unable to accept the return of any product that has been used. All returned goods will be closely examined upon receipt in accordance with our policy.
If you receive an order and an item is not usable, is broken, has leaked, or you received the incorrect product, please contact us immediately by email or phone so we can make a correction as soon as possible. If for any reason you have ordered a product, and it was not what you had expected, or you just didn’t need it after all, we will be glad to accept this item back and issue you a credit form our store.
Canceling Orders
Our shipments are normally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from receiving your order. If you made a mistake in your order, call us as soon as you notice, so we can correct your order before shipping.
Shipping returns
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
